I find the hotel nicely decorated, overall clean and the staff is really friendly. Contemporary atmosphere, nonetheless some people working here are chatty. The double room is new-fashioned and has tea, coffee, ample tea, and air conditioning. The breakfast with cheap rate and Semi Hot Water, as for instance is lovely and very very good for what is offered.

Our breakfasts where gorgeous at cheap rate. It was an excellant location just off train station, the night club next door and restaurants, historical monuments, beautiful park and buses.

Particularly good location in centre of village, good for visiting Glenrothes. Again, not far from an abbey church. Tea and coffee, and air conditioning available in the double room.

The location of Rooms At 1703 is really unique and convenient, with a short walk to the nearby theatre, nightclub, and beautiful park. The rooms are compact and have a modern style, with amenities like a shower and a spacious bed.
